Greenhouse Maintenance
A well-maintained greenhouse is a productive greenhouse. Our team provides scheduled and reactive maintenance services for growers throughout New Zealand, covering everything from structural checks and repairs to ventilation systems, doors, and fittings. Because we manufacture our own structures, we have an unmatched understanding of how they're built and what they need to perform at their best over the long term. We also carry replacement parts for Harford structures, so when something needs attention, we can turn it around quickly and get you back to growing.
Re-covering and Replacement of Greenhouse Film
Greenhouse film doesn't last forever, and when it's time for a replacement, getting it right matters. Old or degraded film can significantly impact light transmission, temperature regulation, and crop performance. Our team supplies and installs replacement greenhouse film for both Harford structures and third-party greenhouses throughout New Zealand, using commercial-grade 200-micron EVA film backed by a 45-month UV warranty. We can also advise on the right film specification for your crop type, growing system, and local conditions.
Insurance Reports and Condition Assessments
If your greenhouse has been damaged by weather, age, or unforeseen events, a professional condition assessment can make a real difference when it comes to working with your insurer. Our team prepares detailed reports that document the current condition of your structure, identify areas of concern, and provide an accurate assessment of repair or replacement costs. Design Consultancy for Greenhouse Construction and Hydroponic Systems

Our design consultancy service is for growers who want expert guidance before they commit to a build or expansion. We work with you to understand your crop requirements, site conditions, budget, and long-term goals, then provide practical, informed recommendations on structure type, layout, orientation, and growing systems. For growers moving into or expanding hydroponic production, we can also advise on system design, equipment selection, and substrate and nutrient requirements.
