Returns & Refunds Policy

At Harford Greenhouses, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in as-new condition, unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a return if items show signs of use, damage, or are missing components.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@harfords.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions from there.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we can't accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items. We'll let you know if this applies when we confirm your return.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order items (including non-standard sizes and configurations) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you're entitled to a remedy where a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards. We'll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
