If the Morrifield Urban Junior feels a little snug for what you have in mind but you're not quite ready to step up to the Harfords Home Gardener range, the Morrifield Standard Crop tunnel house sits nicely in between.

At 2.35 metres wide and 2.0 metres high, it offers a usefully larger growing space than the Urban Junior while still maintaining a compact footprint that suits smaller sections and lifestyle blocks alike. Available in lengths from 2.5 metres right through to 10 metres, there's a size to suit most situations, whether you're growing a few seasonal crops or setting up something a little more serious.

Like all Morrifield tunnel houses, the Standard Polytunnel is built on an anodised aluminum framework that's low maintenance and engineered to handle New Zealand's variable weather conditions. The fabricated polythene cover is easy to install with no clipping required, and comes with a 4-year UV warranty and an average lifespan of 7 to 10 years or more. The kitset arrives partially assembled, with a tanalised timber base and all fixings included, making it a straightforward DIY project for most home gardeners.

Made in Invercargill and tried and tested in New Zealand conditions since 1980, it's a solid, practical option for growers who want good value without compromising on quality.
